All festival films are restricted to persons 15 years of age and over, unless specified. This relates not necessarily to the content of the films, but to the legal requirements of holding the festival, as set by the Office of Film and Literature Classification.

Festival tickets, once acquired, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

All seating is unreserved. All festival films will commence at the advertised starting time. We anticipate that door sales will be available for most festival sessions, however this cannot be guaranteed. Patrons are urged to purchase their tickets well in advance to avoid disappointment. Palace Cinemas complimentary passes, pre-paid vouchers, cinema promotions and free ticket offers are not valid for sessions at the French Film Festival.

All non-English language films have English subtitles.

Dates, times and programmes are correct at the time of publication, but may need to be altered. We therefore reluctantly reserve the right to withdraw, change and replace programmes without notice.
