SYDNEY, 5 - 19 March

Welcome to the Alliance Française French Film Festival, a unique window on French cinema in Australia! The 19th edition of the Festival will take place from 5 March to 6 April in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

In the competitive international film environment, our Festival continues to go from strength to strength, encapsulating a growing international interest in French cinema. Indeed, for its 19th edition, the Alliances Françaises in Australia offer you an ambitious programme with 436 screenings (333 screenings in 2007) during which 37 movies and documentaries will be presented.

Action, romance, comedy, thrillers, fairy tales, ... featuring Juliette Binoche, Cécile de France, Catherine Deneuve , Sophie Marceau, Romain Duris , Julie Depardieu, Ludivine Sagnier, Daniel Auteuil, ... there will be fun for everyone!
